Very simple but very common sense advice that. A conversation between myself & a client / pal we both shared a similar view that coming out of recession, will be like coming out of hibernation. Your hungry, you need fuel for growth but will the resources be there?, especially as there will be lots of other hungry animals waking up to. Our conclusion was similar to that of taxchampion, have the food there ready for when you wake up, rather than trying to hunt on an empty tummy.
