I used these kind of people and they take a good percentage of what they save you.i now do it myself by comparing what other similar businesses/properties pay in my locality and last time highlighted an increase from £12000 to £18000 which was reduced to £13000 they admitted it may have been a typing error an 8 instead of a 3 !!!!! good luck
