New plans to reduce red tape

Vince Cable's has pledged to reduce red tape. Full proposals are being drawn up but will include a 'one in, one out' rule for regulation. Will that help? What regulation do you find most burdensome?

The ‘one in, one out’ rule sounds sensible but I would prefer if it was ‘one in, five out’!
