Reduce Red Tape

How about an initiative to ask the current Government and next Government to take the lead in reducing the Red tape effecting small businesses, which has increased since the Current Government came to office in May 1997

Has anyone tried the Government's Better Regulation Executive? They claim to be working to improve this - wondered what people think?
