Very pleased to see customer service as one of the main discussion topics

Customer service is very much under rated as a way to add value to customers. After a while everybody gets tired of chasing the best price: good customer service, quality products and a fair pricing policy will be key to customer retention and long term profitability for UK businesses

Customer service is one way that Small Business can gain an advantage over the corporates. It's a major advantage for a small business, hence why it is in the charter.
